In this second card of the series, ripped from the 10/6/22 headlines that the POTUS pardoned all federal offenses of simple marijuana possession, “Dank Brandon” celebrates his own announcement. This card features an exclusive new painting by trading card and animation veteran Layron DeJarnette.
