GAS Horror Series Card #5 celebrates the holidays with the Christmas classic Santa Claus Conquers The Martians. The film was the idea of producer Paul Jacobson, who worked in video production and wanted to move into features. Infamously, it frequently appears on lists of the worst films ever made, and Mystery Science Theater 3000 turned it into a television holiday staple in the ‘90s. The film also marks the first documented appearance of Mrs. Claus in a motion picture!
